i'm suffering from all kinds of torture aft all the running ah. even my stomach muscle hurts. esp the bone area near the ribs. which i completely don't get the link between stomach muscle & running.
like hello, u run with ur legs. by right should be leg pain mah. but stomach? wth.

blahhhhh. now i've this huge problem laughing.
dammit. how i hate pains in the stomach with this unexplainable passion.
