it's amazing how my medicine 'evolved' from all solution of different colours to pills of different colours, shapes & sizes. interesting right.

i still remember how i suck at swallowing tablets. i couldn't get them down my throat no matter how much water i dranked when i was a kid. yet now, i'm able to swallow 10pills at a time (realised this incredible feat i could do when i sprained my ankle, thanks) no matter how big they are. obviously, there's stilll a limit to how big the tablet that goes down my throat :D
